May 15 po due date ko, ano po dapat ko gawin para mag open cervix ko? Tsaka gaano po kasakit yung labor?

Eat papaya.eggplant.Pineapple juice. Squat.walking excercise sa stairs. Makipag do kay mister Unexplainable pain sa back and tummy para kang nag aabs excercise n may buhat na isang sakong bigas na, ung mentrual cramps na matindi. Breathing technique every time mararamdaman mo ung contraction and focus mo ung mata mo sa iisang object and warm compress sa likod mo could help a little but its all worth it once you see your baby.
