Baby’s nose always have white mucus and loud breathing

My 1.5 month old is always having white thick mucus inside his nose and always have loud breathing like wheezing like something’s stuck inside his nose. It started when he’s 2 weeks old or around there and is going on everyday. I do use the pigeon nasal sucker and tweezer to take out the thick white mucus, but the very inside is still there. Is it normal? Should i go to gp? For using electric nasal aspirator can i use it by itself or i need to spray saline water or sterimar first?
