Delayed period

11 months post-partum and I’ve been using althea pills coupled with condom as birth control methods. Last menstruation was February 10-13 but until now di pa ko nagkakaron ulit pero sumasakit puson ko. 13 days late na period ko. Possible po ba na pregnant ako?
