Hi. My 10 months boy had a fall on 30th nov. Cried nonstop and had a big bump, hence went to doctor and xray. Doctor said no fracture or crack. However, since that day, now and then he vomitted a bit after milk. During nightime, he can sleep the whole night without waking up. But daytime, his regular routine remain the same. He is as active as usual. Only the vomitting part and his extra sleepiness during the night makes me worried. Any advice? TIA.

The vomitting of milk is a little bit or he projectile vomit the whole milk intake? Secondly for the sleepyness you don't have to worry, if he is also equally sleepy during the day, then you need to be more alert. Probably he is tired and needed more rest.

Try to give him a good burp after his milk. Hopefully it's just normal reflux too.
