Ear Infection

My 1 year old has Ear infection. Nakaantibiotics na sya, currently on his 3rd day. Noong nagpunta kami sa pedia medyo tuyo na yung ears nya until yesterday na biglang may drainaige na naman. He also has a fever of 37.8. Sa mga nakaexperience ng Ear infections with their little ones, is it normal na within the course of antibiotics, maglalagnat? Pero hindi naman tumataas nang husto body temp nya. I'm planning to schedule another pedia visit kapag nilagnat pa sya today.
