What do u mean by weak? Could it be a poor latch issue - baby not able to latch well enough(shallow) to drink enough? Could baby be just suckling for comfort and not really hungry? Could baby be a small drinker and prefers to drink small amounts often? Strength of his suckle will be attributed to wakefulness, how hungry baby is and age of baby. Jaundice babies are generally sleepy so u have to keep waking him up to continue feeding (play e hands n feet n cheek or unswaddle him etc). Generally as the baby gets older the strength of their suckle will increase as they become stronger and take a lesser time to finish the breast
