4M baby cannot stay still

My lo is 4months old turning 5m in aug, since the start of this month he has not been able to stay still for feeds, he will keep flaying his hands, holding the bottle n pulling it out of his mouth n cry because he is hungry so i have to always wrap him up when feeding. What else can i do? It is difficult to bring him out since he cant drink peacefully n have to be wrapped.. When wrapped he will still fight ABIT but drinks happily
