S26 - Nan Optipro HA

My 1 month old baby drinks S26 and his stools are yellow, a little hard, he does not poop at times and he's also phlegmy. But he drinks this well and he gains weight faster (premature baby). Changed to Nan Optipro Ha and his stools are green and loose. Is this normal? Or should I change his milk again? I'm looking for an FM that is similar to breastmilk bcos his on mix feeding.

My baby has been drinking NAN Optipro HA since he's a wk old and he does have occasional loose green stool, which is actually normal as said by my PD. I mix feed him with BM too. I was told as long as the stool is loose, tt's good. If it's hard tt's an indication of dehydration.

Yes but not very watery. Yup his farts and poo are super smelly 😅 My boy now only poops once every 2-4 days but PD says tt's normal too.
