Tips for breaking the habit of the baby wanting to be carried always

My 1 month old baby cries a lot when not being carried. We literally need to place our baby on our chests for us to be asleep as well or to be carried on our arms for her to be asleep. Now that our baby is about 5 kgs, we already feel the effect on our backs as there is only two of us taking turns.

I also have the same experience with my baby. He is already 3 months old now, always wants to be carried even during breast feeding time. It is really tiring. However, I read that the reason why babies want to be held a lot is because they crave for the security that our embrace offers. They feel safe when they are held close wherein they can hear your heartbeat and feel your warmth like when they were inside Mum's womb so parents like us will really have to bear the weight and take turns. 😂😂😂 And think that it will not last very long anyway. 😂😂😂
