Anyone taken Utrogestan vaginally before? If yes how many mg and did you have any side effects?

Nervous to try as Dr prescribed me with 400mg x Twice a day. Is it too much?

Has anyone successfully gave birth eventho you had spotting/light bleeding in early pregnancy?

I have spotting on and off eversince I found out I was pregnant. Went KKH and they checked everything, all seems OK eventho HCG rising slowly. There was also a sac. They only said to monitor for heavy bleeding which so far dont have. But im so worried and anxious about this spotting. Can you please share your success stories mummies?

First trimester back pain

Hi mummies. I’m a first time mum, and im now about 7 weeks preg. Recently been having this throbbing upper back pain.. feels like its trapped wind. Very painful i cant sleep. Even worse when i lie down. Did anyone experience something similar? Any tips on how to relief the pain? thank you.

Makeup (1st pregnancy, 1st trimester)

Hi mummies. I just recently found out that im pregnant, at my 5th week now. I usually can never leave the house without drawing my eyebrows and i was shock to read articles that said preg women cannot wear makeup. Is it true? How to know if the makeup is safe?
