My wife is pregnant but i don't have much control, what can i do now

There’s lots you can do:) She’ll have stronger emotions, so be gentle with your words and supportive with what she does. She may have food cravings, so you can help her get food. She may have pains, swollen legs, nausea and vomiting. You can give her massages, make her ginger tea, bring her out for slow walks, fetch her medicine that the doctor prescribes, etc. Accompany her to the doctor’s appointments, hold her hand, read up on how you can play your role as a father to a newborn baby. If I listed the things you can do for your baby/wife after the baby’s birth, that’d take me another 10 minutes to type it out. Haha
