Name recognizing

When do babies start recognising their names ?

Usually around 6 months. You can notice when your baby turns or looks up when you say his or her names. I have also heard of babies responding to this from as early as 4 months and then some a little later at 7-8 months. Mine started to recognise her name at about 6 months.

my baby likes looking around a lot

It worries me cause as much he sometimes does make eyes contact with me . He likes looking around a lot. Should I worry? He is 2 months old by the way

Cuddles, latching... the fussiness should hopefully go away the next day.. check the injection site to ensure there’s no infection. Hope your LO feels better soon!

yellowish eyes in baby

Hello mamas. My bundle of joy will be turning a month old tomorrow. My concern is his eyes have never been a bright white, they have a yellowish colour on the eye whites. However we took him to see a doctor soon after noticing it, and well it was established that he has an infection that made his eyes have yellowish discharge whenever he sleeps. They gave us a cream to clear off the infection. The infection was not linked to the yellow eye whites ,although jaundice was ruled off. Have any of you experienced this with your little ones? HELP someone.

My LO had mild throat infection and he rub his eye causing redness. He took the medicine from PD and he is ok

Hey mommies. I think I've been feeling what I would like to name practice contractions. A quick and painful motion in my tummy ,almost like a knife cutting through. I am supposing these are Braxton hicks but I'm not very sure. I'm 32 weeks and panicking if my baby is coming early. Someone please explain to me how Braxton hicks feel like.
