My question is my due date is in Jan 17. When should I start giving water to my baby?? Sorry for the confusion

My lo didn't drink water till she turned 8 months old as she didn't eat much solid and was on Breastmilk only.

I m currently on 28 weeks. M really concern how much milk should I give to my baby from the beginning? How do I know when to increase? Is there any chart provided by the doc? Plz do share your experiences

I m on 28 weeks pregnant. Plz share your views. My baby moves a lot and kicks very frequently I m really concern .. why? Is it unusual or ok?

It is definitely very normal. Ur baby now have lesser space inside that's y u are feeling the kicks more n more. Soon ur dr will be telling u to count n keep tracks of the number of kicks per day !

My pregnancy is running on 28 weeks. Few days back I m having cramps on my both legs. Is it normal ? Any solutions

You may wanna try compression socks. I wore it for a few hours in a day as it's not advisable to wear it to sleep. For night time, I wore socks to bed. And if possible, do avoid sleeping with the fan or aircon facing your feet :)

Raw fish isn't advisable. However, if you still want to have sushi rolls you can try those cooked ones. Like tuna mayo, egg and California roll.
