nahihirapan magbawas c baby?

Normal po ba na once or twice lang nagdudumi c baby? Bottle breastmilk po sya tapos nahihirapan din sya magfart, lagi may ingay (grunting) while sleeping. So far normal color naman stool nya tapos if magtatae na sya kailangan nya pang umire,please help
