Unmedicated birth

Hello mummies, ftm here. Hoping to have a natural birth without epidural. *Fingers crossed* Mummies who have gone through unmedicated birth, able to share which is the most painful stage? 1) Contractions 2) Pushing and skin stretching when baby's head is coming out 3) Episiotomy/Stitching

I was also looking at natural birth without epidural. Gave in because my back was literally breaking into two when i was dilated at 7cm. 😅 gave in n took epidural..

after 6cm dilation, contractions become more unbearable. dont stress so much abt having it drugfree. if u need it just go for it!
