darkening skin

Hi.. Skin discolorations is not dope.. Especially if it's down the private area.. I'm okay with Darkening around the areola and armpits. But down there makes me uncomfortable. Any suggestions to lighten the area? It's embarrassing to go on a labor with those tones.

Sadness kicking in

Going into 7 months this Monday. 1. Staying alone in Sgp, no caregiver. Shift work. Work is tiring. 2. Not eating in proper time and meal. 3. Maternity leave approved is only 46 days. Other leaves on freeze due to pandemic.

Had a fall enroute worked. Fall on the left side of the tummy. Went to 24hrs clinic for quick treatment. Baby heart beat strongly heard and movements felt. Should I continue my treatment seeing my gynaecologist?
