Teething, pls share?

Hi mummies. Wondering for babies do they teeth at 4.5months? My baby has been drooling and digging gums... baby also has a low grade fever now 37.5 range and once 38.1. There's no other symptoms. Is it usual or need to see a dr? Thanks!

Different baby has different teething period. According to the symptoms stated, your baby is undergoing teething now. It’s normal to drool and wanting to chew on something. Some baby during this period will have fever. Just place the cool fever patch on the forehead. No need to see dr unless is high fever

Yellow discharge after 4months, c sect delivery

Anyone faces such issue? There's yellow discharge few times a day, not lochia for sure.. #advicepls

Menses after c sect delivery

My menses returned with super light flow, and this month it was late again. Is it normal for menses to be so haywire after delivery & when did yours become more regular? Thank u!

Stool with blood

Hi! Anyone that has delivered and faces blood in stool issues?

Rectal bleeding during pregnancy or after you give birth is typically caused by hemorrhoids – varicose veins in and around the rectum. Hemorrhoids are relatively common during pregnancy, particularly in the last trimester and in the weeks after giving birth. Eat high-fiber foods such as cereals, whole-grain breads, beans, and fresh fruits and vegetables every day. If that alone doesn't do the trick, try adding a couple of tablespoons of unprocessed wheat bran to your cereal in the morning. (You may want to start with a smaller amount of bran and gradually increase the amount to avoid becoming gassy.) Be sure to follow it with a large glass of water. Drink plenty of water. A glass of fruit juice each day, especially prune juice, can also be helpful. Exercise regularly. Walking, swimming, and yoga can all help ease constipation and leave you feeling more fit and healthy. Listen to your body. Never put off going to the bathroom when you feel the urge, even if your bottom is tender and it's uncomfortable to do so. Waiting will only exacerbate the problem. See your doctor to find out more.

Menses after c sect

It's over 2 months after a c sect delivery. The menses seems to have resumed but there's spotting on weekend & none on Mon. Has anyone faced this before?

Is the belly expanding?

Hi all :) at 15 weeks, can u actually feel the "growth" of your baby/belly? I feel some tightening here and there, abit crampy on and off, like stretching sort inside with a dull ache. Do u all feel anything actually? Not many share about how the growth feels like 😆#1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy

Cramps or ligament pain

When should i be concerned abt ligament pain? I have pain at the sides of my belly now at week 14,0 days. It has been ongoing for the past week on and off but more painful recently. Sometimes i let out wind too after the pain. It feels like a dull ache that squeezes, or a knot kind, pulsing sort from the inside. I also read that at 13-14 weeks the uterus / belly expand? Should i go to gynae? Thanks for sharing!

Ligament round pain should not feel painful but just a stabbing quick pain which is the stretching of your belly which will go away after a few seconds. The way you describe the pain sounds more like braxton hicks which normally starts in the 2nd trimester. Comes and goes for a few seconds and normally will go away when you change your position. Should not feel too painful. Or you could be dehydrated. Dehydration can also make your belly feel like braxton hicks so do drink up. If it is too painful, better see your gynae cos all the above I described shouldn't feel pain.

Oscar results + NIPT

Today i got back my oscar blood test results and it shows Trisomy 21 to be 1: 120+ and acceptable range is 1:400+ Trisomy 13 to be 1: 1400+ and acceptable range is 1: 1400 Qns 1) if i do nipt can i totally disregard Oscar results alr? Q2) Trisomy 13 wise i seemed to just pass.. should i be worried about this or just not be too bothered by it? Pls share with me your results too.. and in the meantime, happy weekend to all! :-)

qns 1 : yes , as nipt result are more accurate! qns 2: if your dr say is not a concern than do not worry
