Is the belly expanding?

Hi all :) at 15 weeks, can u actually feel the "growth" of your baby/belly? I feel some tightening here and there, abit crampy on and off, like stretching sort inside with a dull ache. Do u all feel anything actually? Not many share about how the growth feels like 😆#1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy
