Meron po ba dito advice ni ob to wean off or dc the breasfeeding, pero di nyo po magawa kasi ayaw ni lo.

Nagising ako knina am na parang kinakabag yon tyan. So sinubokan ko magpoops narelieved naman. Naka 4x, 2 formed, and 2 semi formed soft Bm. Tapos ito whole day pakiramdam ko nanglalata ako, malikot naman si baby. Uneasy lang pakiramdam, mabigat na din yon pakiramdam sa balakang. My pagbugso bugso din sakit ng puson, no discharge naman. Tolerable naman. Inoobserve ko muna.

Magbed rest ka po muna mommy. Lalo na po ala ka pa sa 36 weeks. Huwag po muna maglakad lakad. Tapos continue hydrate lang po and kumain ng healthy food.
