Mga mi, ito po ba yung cranberry juice na pwede sa ating mga preggy na makakahelp makaiwas sa uti? Pasturized na naman po ito noh? Sa sm supermarket ko po siya nabili.(Cranberry flavored apple juice blend ) What time po siya pinakamaganda inumin? Safe po ba ito? Thank you po.😊

Ferroumed Ferrous Fumarate with B complex +Folic Acid

Meron po ba dito umiinom ng ganitong ferrous tulad ko? With b complex plus folic acid na siya. Enough na po kaya yung folic acid content niya for pregnant? Di ko kase malaman kung ilang mg/mcg siya since wala siyang box at nakalimutan ko naman itanong kay ob. Sana po may makasagot. Salamat.

Mommies! Masama ba sating preggy ang nalalanghap ang amoy ng rubbing alcohol? Madalas kase ako talaga gumamit ng alcohol mula nong pandemic kahit sa room ko nag i-spray po talaga ko para mag disinfect. Nakakasama po yun sa baby na pinagbubuntis natin?
