Is Gingko Biloba safe for BF mommies?
Parang totoo nga talaga ang Mommy brain na makakalimutin eh. Then GB sound effective naman na good for the brain. However, gusto ko lang po malaman if pwede ba sa BF moms like me. I tried taking 1 month na and meron pa naman akong supply. While I was doing google search, wala pa daw enough research yan. Baka meron po dyan nakapag try at how does it affect you and your baby?
