BREASTMILK

Anybody who knows here kung anu po yong dapat gawin or inomin pra magkaron ng milk.. Probs po talaga aq.. Mga 2 weeks lng pg labas ni baby nag mix feeding aq sa kanya.. Tazngayong mag 5 weeks na xa,wala na po aq milk.. Gusto q talaga mag breastfeed.. Problema wla akong gatas..

Any ideas po kung anu laman ng Hospital Bag nyo mga momshee?June 13 2020 EDD.. My mga damit na ni Baby Boy nmin.. Yong mga other essentials nlang like soap at alcohol ksi wla ka nman ma bilhan alcohol.. Tsaka anu pa ba dapat?

My cervix is thinning.. ??

Im @ 27th week.. My ob told me that my cervix is now thinning..i need a bed rest.. Then yong pampa kapit 3times a day.. I felt really worried.. Some sort of advice ppls?.. ??

Ask q lang po.. Is it ok to use some astringents such as eskinol, and olay as a cream while you are still pregnant? Pls some advise po kung anu pwwdi gamitin pampa beauty na safe sa preggy.. Kahit perfume o lotion, ayaw q ma amoy.. Juju

18 Days na po aq delayed, then twice na po aq nag pt hindi q alam parang negative parin po.. Preggy na po ba yon? This would be our 2nd baby if ever.. Sana boy na.. Ksi eldest is girl and 9 years old na..
