Eat frequent n small meals Add on snacks in between meals Take more proteins.. Avocado (can make milk shake) , cheese, milk, meat, vegetable, fruits, potatoes , sweet potatoes , salmon, Whole Grains etc If you like to eat durian (moderation) , will boost weight too.
