hi ibu2 dan bakal ibu. saya ada masalah mual. tp mutah sekali 2 je pernah sepanjang mengandung ni. sepanjang hari tekak rasa xselesa rasa mual bile cuba muntah xnak pon. bile makan ok lps makan xok blek tekak nye. kadang nak tidur pon xslse, sepanjang hari tekak xselesa? dh cuba makan asam pon xjd, buah pon xjd. ada tips x ibu2 blh share.
