Caltrate untuk kalsium ganti susu, saya gapkan masa mkn ubat... Caffein mmg xsentuh Makan Kurma kerap sayur mkn bnyk tapi Hb tetap low... 10.7 dah buntu sangat 4x cucuk sekali je Naik lepastu drop smpai 10.7 .. xlarat Rasa 2 mnggu skali cucuk.     nak hb naik bukan sahaja dgn supplemen, buah dan sayur. Kena amalkan iron rich diet dlm menu yg diambil setiap hari. Makanan yg paling tinggi iron / zat besi ialah daging merah; daging lembu, kambing, kerbau, rusa. Selain tu, cencaru, lala, kerang, hati , paru. Doktor sarankan saya makan iron rich diet 5 hari seminggu. Lepas makan makanan iron rich diet, makan buah tinggi vitamin C. Sebab Vit C membantu penyerapan zat besi dlm darah. Supplemen yg doktor prescribed tu, teruskan makan ya
