cebu mom here🙋.. san po sa cebu kau? maganda daw sa ucmed pg package.. pg hindi nman package sa arc hospital nsa 35-55k ang private Normal delivery nila.

im a forst time mother and constiapted for 3 days already, is it okay to take Biofit tea during first trimester?

no po.. bwal po tea. increase water intake na lng po and kain mga fruits and veggies.
