Is it safe for 1st trimester to fasting?

I'm 10w3d pregnant. my morning sickness sometimes can be worst juga. makan muntah, 2days try to fast but after subuh muntah smua and make my stomach hungry. Just wondering either it safe for me to fast or just fast as long as I can?? pls give ur opnion mommy ?
