Nan HA no longer on the shelf

Hi all, anyone on Nestle Nan HA, I realize it’s no longer on the supermarket shelf. Now what they have is Nan Supreme Pro HA. Is it the same?!

Not sure if there is a difference between Optipro and non Optipro but what I can confirm is Nan Optipro HA is now renamed as Nan Supremepro HA.

Week 37 baby movement

Hi, I’m entering into 37 weeks over the weekend, this few days my baby is super active at certain timing, is this normal? The movement is kinda obvious that my tummy move right to left kind 😅 and sometimes after the movement I felt a little cramps or slight discomfort at my V but it’s for 1-2 second kind.. I’m FTM so I’m wondering

Very normal cos amniotic fluid is reducing in volume inside your tummy, as baby approach full term. Baby at the same time putting on more fats. So bigger size. Means really very cramp space inside :) therefore you will feel the movement very obvious. Good thing that your baby is active! And yes, whatever timing they are active are the timings they will likely be wide awake when they are out in this world. So you can start to take note already :)

Just wondering anybody had soft stool during their third tri? Or usually you all is constipation?

I had soft/watery stools only during third trimester. I am always constipated since pre pregnancy, even after birth after I stopped lactus.

Week 31 - heartburn and tummy tightness only during night time. Is that usual?
