7 weeks 1 yolk sac after 2 weeks naging 2 yolk sac na

Hi mga mommies and friends, 1st tvs ko 7weeks per LMP palang ako and yung gs ko measuring for 6 weeks, after 2 weeks bumalik kami ni husband and pag kakita namin 2 na yung yolk sac niya pero wala pa rin embryo and as per ob sono, early pregnancy pa rin. Meron ba sainyo naka experience ng ganito?
