Multigrow Capsule

Good day Mga momsh. Anyone na nagttake ng Multigrow Capsule? 2 days ko na syang tine'take. As what I observed nag iba color ng urine ko, nagkulay mountain dew.. Do you have the same effect? Btw si OB nag prescribed,as my new vits in replacement for Folic. I'm on my 1st week of 2nd semester.. Namessage ko nadin sya regarding this. waiting for her reply nalang, Just wanna ust ask if any of you have the same experience. Thank you😊

Bloated feeling

6-7weeks preggy with my 2nd baby. Always feeling bloated and para laging mag tthrow up yung kinain ko, minsan kahit di bagong kain. Ano ba pwede kong alternative para mawala yung uneasy/ uncomfortable feeling. I havent experienced this on my 1st baby. Thank you sa mga sasagot. Keepsafe mommies.

Nasa paglilihi stage ka pa sis. Wala po tayong magagawa ganyan po tlaga, mawawala dn po yan tiis lng po. Kain po kayo ng crackers para may laman ang tyan.

ako sis sobrang ininda ko yan acid reflux ko noon preggy ako😅😅 ang advise lang sakin ni ob is eat small portions muna kahit maya't maya ka kumain ok lang basta hindi isang upuan na big meal agad. 😊 then wag kagad mahihiga pagkatapos kumain... upo lang muna for 30mins hintayin lang muna bumaba or madigest slightly yung food... then pag matutulog ng nakatagilid, dapat sa left side ka nakaharap.😊 and avoid eating acidic foods and drinks 😊 madalas maka acid saakin noon is noodles or pasta even kanin😅😅
