Is there possibility po ba na kahit hindi pa dumating ang menstruation nyo po ay mabubuntis na kayo? Mixed feeding po si baby pero 1 or 2 bottle lang ng formula more breastfeed sya. Salamat po sa mga sagot. #1stimemom #advicepls

● Totoo ba na hindi agad mabubuntis kapag breastfeeding ka? - There's 98-99% na hindi agad mabubuntis because of LAM*. PERO, para maging effective ang LAM, kailangang masunod ang 3 kondisyon na ito: 1. Wala pang 6 months si baby 2. Hindi pa bumabalik ang regla 3. Nagpapasuso ka on demand o hangga't gusto ni baby. Kailangan ay magpasuso at least every 2 to 3 hours o equivalent to 8 to 12times a day. *Tandaan na kapag mayroong hindi nasunod sa tatlong 'to, malaki na ang chance na mabuntis ka.

Maternity Leave

For those preggy Moms out there na nag tatrabaho sa DepEd..would like to ask if when ba nag take effect ang maternity leave 2 weeks before ka manganak or on the day na nanganak kah. Pls pa help namn po para masabihan ko OB koh. Thank you for your response/s in advance. God bless!

Hello po,ma'am,sa akin po kasi dati June 7 po ang due date ko noon pero nanganak ako ng May 30 po kaya yung start ng maternity leave ko po ay nung nanganak na po ako.pero yung iba po kasi kung di na nila kaya bumyahe po nagleleave na po sila ng two weeks or a week before their due date po.

Masakit na singgit

Normal lang po ba na sumasakit ang singgit minsan experiencing vaginal pain especially pag bagong gising and bababa na sa kama? Im on my 29th weeks. Thanks po in advance sa mga sagot.?

Would like to ask if kailan po ba dapat na mag walking2x ang isang buntis? Pwede na po ba if 6 months preggy pa lang? Thanks!

yes mamsh pwede na .. If.patapos kana sa 6 months your goal is try walking 40-50 minutes a day, five or six days a week; and 60 minutes a day, one day a week. Yan po yung nabasa ko mamsh
