Paranoid sa sleeping position meron po ba dito?

Mga mumshies ask lng po ako kasi napaparanoid ako pag mtutulog, ung position ko po palagi is left side lying position pero minsan right side lying din. Minsa nagigising nakatihaya na. Sa sobra kong paranoid kung anong position baka po kasi mg cause ng cord coil. Ano po ba advice kapag paranoid sa pgtulog? Thank you! 7mos preggy

Left, right or patihaya pwede. Kung saan ka mas kumportable ok lang yun. Mas nirerecommend lang talaga sa left side para maganda ang blood flow.

Cno po dito malakas sumipa ang baby sa tummy?

Minsan po kinakabahan ako pg nraramdaman ko ung prang heartbeat nya lalo't na nka side lying mgsleep. Super lakas sumipa at ung heartbeat. Ng woworry po ako. Normal lg po ba un? 7months preggy

As i know yung heartbeats di natin mararamdaman maybe ayun yung hiccups niya momshie.

Every 4-5am nagigising na po ako and super grabe ang galaw ni baby hindi na po ako mka balik sa tulog ng woworry po ako every morning. 7mos preggy ??

When to start pregnancy exercise?

I'm a bit scared of pregnancy exercise because I might probably have a premature labor.

Some moms here recommend starting around 35 weeks or so (based on what I've read), but personally I think it's best to start whenever your OB recommends it.

What's the best remedy for stretchmarks and rashes during pregnancy?

I'm on my 28 weeks of pregnancy and worried of my red stretchmarks and rashes. I'm using Palmer's lotion cream since my 18th week but still i have my rashes and stretchmarks coming out.
