sino po yung nakapagtake ng biotin capsule/tablet para makahelp sa regrowth ng hair (due to post partum hair loss)? anong brand yung gamit nyo? how was your experience?

Mommy.. Wala po akong tinake na biotin supplement pero effective po yung OGX na biotin and collagen na shampoo..naglessen po post partum hairfall ko😊

hello advise ni OB ko 1 month daw. pero ako mga 10days lang ata. nakakatihan kase ako sa girdle kaya hindi na ako naglagay. same nung naopera ako sa myoma 1week lang ako nakabinder
