Effective na pampatulog 16weeks preggy

Hi mga mommies! Ask ko lang po ano po kaya effective na pampatulog? Hirap po kasi akong matulog lately, minsan feeling ko 3days akong hindi nakakatulog if makatulog mam 2hrs lang. Sakit tuloy ng ulo ko sa umaga buong maghapon.😔btw 16weeks preggy here. Baka meron po kayong maishare. Thank you.

Cramps and Abdominal pain at 16weeks

Hi mga mommies! Ask lang po first time mom po ako, 16 weeks preggy. Normal lang po ba yung nagka cramps and adominal pain? Hindi naman severe papitik pitik lang. Kagabi ko lang nafeel until now. Nainom ako ngayon ng pampakapit. Thank you po sa sasagot.
