Hi all mummy’s my baby is 1 mth already as he latch on n I doin pumping as well but my milk not increased as I try eat a lot vegetable, lactation cookies, red date tea but my supply still 20ml only no increase one sections i pump

you should pump more frequently instead

How can I boost breast milk again few days ago I can pump 30 ml but now lesser that every 3 hrs I pump Izzit I eat less

hello sis..u can try this honey and drink more plain water to boost your milk production..i drink this until my bby now already 2y still bf..can pm me if interested

How to increase breast milk

Got wad why to increase breast milk every 3 hrs I try pump but not much at all

Can consider lactation cookies/oats or supplements, green Papaya fish soup n other foods etc , Can Google a list of boosting foods for milk supply , every mamas has diff boosters can be food or drink / supplements. Must drink alot of water daily. I avoid eating cabbage. I took supplements. It helped me.

39weeks pregnant

Hi I 39 weeks pregnant but my cervix is not open yet got anyway that can help to open I only feel light pain once awhile only no bleeding no water bag bust nothing at all my baby still dun Wan to come out hahaha!!!!
