Shoulder and upper back pain

Hello mommies. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant. Do you have any suggestions to relieve shoulder and upper back pain? Alam ko di pa puwede ang massage eh. I already sleep from the side and I do stretches.

consult nalng po kau sa OB kung ano po pweding igamot po jan or ayusin po yung sleep position po.

Hello mommy! I just want to ask if safe lang ba gumamit ng organic hair color if 14 weeks pregnant?

as in pure organic po? kasi ung iba they claim that its pure organic but still may halo pdin n chemical. much better to ask your ob po. or kung kaya naman tiisin na di muna magkulay to make sure the safety of your baby po.
