just want to share to those breastfeeding moms..?

Akala ko old tales lng ang "BAWAL MAULANAN ANG BREASTFEEDING MOM".?❌❌❌❌? Naprove ko na tama pala cla, after mabasa ako sa ulan naligo ako agad at wala ako naramdaman lagnat o kung anu pa masama sa katawan. Gabi nang napansin ko ung letdown milk na naipon sa breast shell ko mukang greenish. Nangamba na ako kc na intake na ni baby ung iba.. kinabukasan may sipon at ubo na c baby.. 2 and ahalf month na ang baby ko at nahihirapan ako tingnan sya na umiiyak namaus dahil sa ubo at sipon.. so be mindful mga breastfeeding moms,? dapat alagaan nyu sarili nyu, kumain ng mabuti at wasto kahit tumaba man tau,???????? mag inum ng maraming tubig,????????? vitamins, at WAG MAG PAULAN.❌❌❌❌?????? Hope this post will help to warn mommies not aware to it. ?? _padedeMoM

other bag- hospital bag preparation

Easy access bag (sakin naka lagay sa eco bag para kita agad) 1. bolster/ bed cover 2. Food essentials- spoon & fork, cups, food storage etc. 3. Nakalagay sa circular tupperware- dishwashing liquid and sponge (for washing utensils) 4. Labor essentials- 1 adult diaper, 1 dress (if hindi kumportable sa pawis u can change anytime), food (any biscuits u like), candies and lip balm (kc deep breathing technique can dry ur lips), dapat may water din. 5. Baby stuff for delivery room- 1 long sleeve tie shirt, 1 pajama, 1 cap, 1 pair mittens, 1 pair booties, 2 receiving blanket, 3 lampin, 1 diaper (ito ang gagamitin ng baby mo pag labas, and most important dapat alam ng hubby mo or cnu man birth partner mo kung saan nakalagay at kung kanino iaabot). *less stress and less worries if naka ziplock lahat at may mga labels. I endorse mo din ng maayus ngaun palang sa hubby or birth partner mo ung laman ng each bag para alam na nya at di rin sya mataranta.

for mommy hospital bag

It depends po kung san kau manganganak (how many days ang stay period= un din ang quantity ng clothes na ipreprepare) 1. Documents- most important (philhealth card/psa birth cert or marriage cert, baby book) 2. Toiletries- toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, fem wash, etc... 3. Top shirts with front button (easy access for breast feeding) 4. Adult diaper, maternity pads 5. Other clothes- pants, top shirts, maternity bras, panty, socks, going home outfit 6. Big bros clothes (cause super excited makita ang kapatid, sasama daw si kuya sa hospital) well it depends din po sa hospital na pipiliin nyo. Luckily hindi strict ung birthing hospital napili ko they allow kids as long as healthy and may face mask while visiting. 7. Medicines- like folic acid, pain reliever/ paracetamol (coz after mawala ang effect ng anesthesia kung anu anong sakit mararamdaman mo)

any suggestion..

35 weeks pregnant na po ako.. may colds and flu, subrang sakit ng likod.. di ako maka consult sa ob gyne ko kc naka vacay leave.. anu po pwd gawin?? Is it ok na mag pa hilot??

Hi mommss.. ask ko lang if normal ba na mafeel ko ang no sex drive while pregnant? Im 7 months pregnant ngaun for my 2nd baby and 4 months na kme wala contact ni husband.. hindi ko kc maintindihan kung bakit ayuko mag tabi kme ni husband.. looking for your insights tnx
