Confinement herbal bath

Hi, I bought the confinement bath herbs but I’m not sure if I recalled wrongly the lady at the shop advised me to add in a few slices of ginger and/or rice wine. Has anyone done this before?

Baby facing down in ultrasound week 11, 6 days

Hello can I check if anyone has this experience. This is my first pregnancy and when I went for my check up, I was 11 weeks 6 days. Baby was facing downwards towards my toe throughout the scan that lasted for 15 mins thereabout. Doctor did mentioned that he or she can move around and face anywhere he or she wants and this is normal but me being a worry wart am not sure if this is normal or if anyone has experienced this?
