3 days nang may ubo at sipon si baby. Ang temperature ay di tumataas ng 37.7. Pina checkup ko sya antibiotics agad Ang riseta Nakakaworry hindi ba pag common cold lang, hindi mataas Ang lagnat? At Hindi dapat antibiotics? Kung mataas Ang lagnat, possible na bacterial infection at need ng antibiotics. Sa case ni baby, mild fever lang, sore throat ubo at sipon, clogged nose sa Gabi, runny naman sa Araw . Paano ba susundin ko ba Ang antibiotics agad? #coughandcold

as per our pedia, we give paracetamol if temp is 37.8C or above. sa pedia namin, hindi basta basta ang antibiotic. we treat symptomatically. so if may colds, colds medication. if may ubo, cough medication. if more than 3 months si baby, i apply tinybuds stuffy nose for colds and no cough patch for cough. slightly elevated ang higa ni baby para hindi mahirapan huminga due to clogged nose. if hindi effective ang OTC medication tsaka pa lang magrereseta si pedia ng antibiotics. respiratory infection could be viral or bacterial. if viral, treat symptomatically. if bacterial, tsaka mabibigyan ng antibiotics. more severe ang symptoms. sa experience namin, laging viral infection. OTC medication is enough. 1 time pa lang nagreseta ng antibiotics dahil hindi pa rin gumaling despite of OTC medication. baka severe ang symptoms ni baby kaya antibiotic ang nireseta sa inyo. if in doubt, you can seek 2nd opinion.

12 days delayed Negative sa PT

Last may nagkaroon pa ako ng 1st week. Then nagkaroon ulit ako ng same month, last week naman. Ang last day ng dugo ay June 1. Until now July 9 Wala padin ako period. Super cramps at sakit ng balakang, pati boobs.. after 5 days nag pt ako ulit negative padin. March and April nakaranas ako ng whole month na period. Any one po same experience?

Baby vomiting

Diagnosed po si baby ng gastroenteritis. Mula may 14 hanggang Ngayon nag susuka sya. Super tamlay na nya. Galing na kami sa ER ng 2x Sabi walang gamot Ang viral gastroenteritis, kundi I maintain na hydrated si baby. Alaga ko naman sya ng ORS ml every 10mins. Pero nasuka padin talaga sya. Kagabi sumuka ng green. Nakaka takot po ano kaya Yun ganon ba talaga Ang gastroenteritis? Help po ftm po ako super overthinking po ako
