HB baby low makan apa bagus ye?

Anak saya baru masuk 10 bulan mula2 g klinik HSI cek HB 9.4 baru2 ni g lagi naik 9.7 je.Doktor bg mkn vitamin.Ni 5/7 kena ambil vitamin lg.

My son doesn't want to sleep at night.

My son 9 mths old doesn't want to sleep at night but he wanted to play..what am I supposed to do?

Did he took a nap during the day? Please do let him have his nap before noon at least 10-15 minutes so that he will feel tired during the night 😊

Saya mengandung anak ke3 dah masuk 35 minggu tapi perut, kaki dan dada selalu sakit je nak tidur pun x boleh. Mengiring x boleh,x selesa apa perlu saya lakukan?

Mungkin boleh mandi air suam sblm tidur. Pakai bantal yg dicipta khas utk ibu hamil. Take care.
