Hi mummies, my 17 months old daughter have been rejecting FM recently hence I’ve decided to introduce Fresh Milk to her. Which brand do you suggest? ( Prefer full cream kind ) & also do you give cold fresh milk from fridge or you’ll warm it up? TIA! ♥️

Mummies who are using Spectra S1+ , can you share with me what mode/level do you use on your Spectra S1+ ?? && how long do you pump for each time when you just started?? Also do you use the massage mode before pumping??

Hi mummy, I'm using S1 too! Usually I will do 5 mins of massage mode then another 5 mins of mode 38. So far so good for me. :)

Manual Breast Pump

Hi mummies, which Manual Breast Pump Works better for you? Tommeetippee, Hegen PCTO, Medela Harmony or Philips Avent ??? I do have Spectra S1+ but I would like to purchase a manual breast pump just in case if I need it. But not sure which brand is better.
