Hello po . First time mom po dito turning 5 months this march and sabi ni doc mababa si baby binigyan ako Calcium Lactate but ano po ba masusuggest nyo na pwede gawin bukod sa pahinga? Dahil po kaya sa sinusuot ko shorts?

Commonly in the first trimester.. but for me, I had nausea throughout the day throughout my whole pregnancy, and I had very little food cravings.
