Im 21 weeks 2nd pregnancy im struggling to fall asleep this week it got worse.

Can try to take walks so you will tire yourself out, I’m 21 weeks and always very ready to sleep because I move around alot

Is it safe to have protein shake ?

Trying to lose abit of weight while in 1st trimester as not to reach 3 digit weight

I would suggest meal replacement to be compared with proteins

Early pregnancy symptom

My intuition is telling me im pregnant with baby no 2 but the symptoms are so vake to even really know ..

Perhaps you can test result a week or two after missing period. I did that for my second pregnancy and I was positive.
