Hi mga ka-momshies! Sino po may experience na ayaw ni baby mag latch sa nipples? Ayaw kasi nya mag latch sa nipples ko kaya always pump lang ginagawa ko. Any helpful tips para makapagpa breastfeed? Thanks in advance. 😊

Any tips po para hindi mahirapan mag poop?

21 weeks po akong pregnant. Hirap na po ako mag dumi and minsan napapa ire kapag nagpo poop. Thanks in advance. ❤️
