Breastmilk

Hello mga mommies. Once ba nawalan ka na ng milk di na babalik? And ano pa po pwedeng gawin kasi I've tried malunggay caps, lactation cookies, humihigop ng sabaw ng gulay at mga shellfish. Please I need your advices po. Pure bf po kasi si baby ayaw nya rin mag bottle(pump bmilk). Thank you in advance po.
