Sembelit

Hai mommies,mau minta tips mcm mana nak hilangkan sembelit time pregnant. Dh mnm 3 liter air tiap hari sampai kembung perut masih lagi sembelit. Stress juga sbb saya ni jenis yg 'melabur saham' tiap hari.bila tak 'melabur lebih 3 hari stress.

cooking with wine

Hai mommies,just want to ask. It is ok to cook with wine while pregnant? I know we not allowed to drink alcohol while pregnant. But how about eating meal cook with wine?
