Caesarean Post Effects

Hello mommies! I am on my 12th month post-partum via Caesarean Section. Medyo hindi okay pakiramdam ko lately. Minsan masakit mga joints ko esp sa knees or sometimes I experience legs cramps. Minsan din masakit ulo ko ng malala and likod. Do you also experience this? Ano mga usually naexperience niyo? Please share. Feeling ko kasi hindi na normal tong mga nararamdaman ko. 🥺

First Baby Tooth
