First Baby Tooth

My baby is four months old now and he is showing all the signs of teething for more than a week now. And early today, I noticed something sa molar side niya. Dun pala nag-eerupt first tooth niya. Is this normal? #advicepls

Hi sis, ganyan si baby ko now, 4months sya bukas pero napansin ko na nag eerupt yung first tooth sa molar side, nilalagnat sya ngayun, ano po ginawa mo sa lo mo nung nag teething sya? tia

First tooth ay nasa lower front tooth. Baka gusto niyo po ipa-check sa pedia?
