Milk for 1 year old

Hi mommies! Ano po recommended milk for 16m old baby? BF po sya pero I want something na makakapag add pa ng nutrients sa kanya since medyo picky eater ang baby ko. Appreciate your recommendations!

Bug bites repellant, prevention and cure.

Hi mga Mommy. Based sa experiences nyo, ano kayang insect bites ito? And how to prevent or cure it. Sobrang nakakafrustrate na kasi everyday naman kami naglilinis ng kwarto and bago matulog nagsspray ako ng anti-bug spray ng unilove. Please help!

Rich in Fiber Vegetable

Hi mga Mhi! Ask ko lang anong magandang vegetable puree para di magconstipate ang baby? Breastfed naman but because of her Iron vitamins nagcoconstipate si baby. Will start to feed her solids this month. Appreciate your suggestions!

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots , Squash, Sweet potatoes.. sa fruits naman syempre Papaya saka avocado ok na ok sa baby🥰 hindi kasi ako nag puree na sa baby ko (Babyledweaning) pero yan mga yan ang magandang fiber. and since start na ng kain ng baby mo makaka help din na makapag water na din siya kasabay ng solids
