105 days Maternity Leave

Hello Friends ☺️ Gandang hapon po , Baka sakali lang na may friend ako dito na Atty , May kakilalang Atty or may alam sa Batas. Hihingi lang po sana ako ng information about sa 105 days Maternity Leave. Gusto ko na po kasi bumalik sa work and na-notify na po ako ni employer na 105days na since pina activate ko yung maternity leave ko (Feb 2021 bago ako manganak). Ang problema ko po ngayon ay ayaw po ako i check up ng OB ng lying in for fit to work, balik daw po ako 1 week bago mag 105 days from the day na nanganak ako, dahil iba daw po ang bilang ng OB. Ang start ng bilang sa knila po ay: 105 days from the day na nanganak po ako (March 22, 2021). Alin po ba ang tama?
